Delivery and Postage

1. We will aim to despatch your item(s) within 24 hours of ordering. Please note this is not applicable to weekends and public holidays.

2. Postage and packaging is charged according to weight and destination and is normally deivered by Royal Mail but we have the right to change our method of delivery at any time.

3. Collection from our premises may be available but please contact us first. We may be able to deliver locally within a 10 mile radius but again please contact us first.

4. If you have any problems with damaged items during transit please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Packages will be posted to the shipping address on the order. We can not change destination addresses by e-mail.
